2013 $1 Holey Dollar & Dump Uncirculated 4 Coin Set
Tax included.
The 1813 Holey Dollar and Dump are early Australian coins created to address a currency shortage. The Holey Dollar was made by cutting a hole in a Spanish silver dollar and stamping it with the colony’s initials. The leftover silver was used to mint the smaller Dump coin, worth one-fifth of a Holey Dollar.
They are the only two coins to have been officially demonetised within Australia.
