If the 1930 Penny is the 'King' of predecimal coinage the 1923 Halfpenny would be the logical 'Prince'.
With an estimated mintage of just 15,000 it is incredibly rare and particularly in higher grades. I would place this example in the upper-middle range for the 1923 Halfpenny. A bump up in grade would add a significant premium to the price.
