There was a total of 500 of these presentation sets produced to celebrate the golden Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II.
The traditional St George and dragon design by Benedetto Pistrucci features on the 2003 sovereign whilst the 2002 features the iconic shield motif in celebration of the golden jubilee.
